What is a Five Star Professional?
Five Star Professional partners with New Jersey Monthly to identify real estate agents who provide exceptional service and client satisfaction. The selection process is rigorous and objective:
- Peer and Consumer Research: Candidates are identified through surveys of homebuyers, sellers, and industry peers.
- Detailed Evaluation: Each nominee is scored based on 10 objective criteria, including experience, production levels, and regulatory history.
- Blue Ribbon Review: A panel of industry experts performs a final review of the candidates.
- An Exclusive Honor: Less than 7% of industry professionals receive this award. The final list represents approximately only 1% of agents in the New Jersey area.
